SUP yoga is not as advanced as it might seem. Taking yoga out onto the water is a wonderful experience, and you don't need to have done yoga or SUP before to join in. We do yoga at a leisurely pace and mix standing and sitting positions, you always have options and can adapt based on your conditions. SUP yoga is a fun way to challenge balance and strength – and above all, it's a nice time close to nature.
